Nope! This is a monthly subscription, and you can cancel anytime as long as you give us a month’s notice to ensure we don’t prepare new content and cancel billing in time. 

You do not necessarily need to provide content. We can design all posts, and we already have various libraries of premium images and design resources we will use to design your posts. However, we do encourage clients to share content sometimes to add a personal touch when possible.

In order to manage your social media effectively, we would require access to post on your behalf.

However, if you prefer to handle the posting yourself, we can design the posts and send them to you for you to publish.

An alternative option would be to create separate social media accounts for your business, such as on Facebook and Instagram, and grant us access to those accounts instead. This way, we can manage the content and postings specifically for your business without needing access to your personal accounts.
